‘I’m not re-signing!’ Teammate Kim Min-jae disappointed with one-eyed Tuchel…weighs Barça move

By Kim Min-chul Reporter= Joshua Kimmich’s (28, Bayern Munich) move to Barcelona is becoming more likely.

“Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez wants to sign Kimmich, and president Juan Laporta will do everything possible to secure his signature,” Spanish media outlet El Chiringito reported on Nov. 13 (KST).

Kimmich is considered one of Munich’s veteran players. Since joining the club from Stuttgart in 2015, he has made 351 appearances for the Bavarians and has become an iconic figure for the club.

His versatility is remarkable. He started his career as a full-back, but since the 19/20 season he’s also been a top performer in defensive midfield, making him one of the most versatile players in the game.

He was one of the first to welcome Kim Min-jae to Munich. Kimmich showed his seniority when he welcomed the youngster to training in July.

For a player of his stature, the atmosphere this summer has been somewhat strange. Munich coach Thomas Tuchel pushed for a new defensive midfielder, even though Kimmich was still available.

Tuchel decided that Kimmich was not a good fit as a defensive midfielder. In fact, Tuchel even tried to sign Palinha just before the transfer window closed.

Kimmich was disappointed with Tuchel’s attitude. According to the report, Kimmich, whose contract with the Bavarians expires in 2025, is no longer willing to extend his stay with the club.

Barcelona has emerged as a possible next destination. Transfer market expert Jose Alvarez said on air: “Xavi is keen to sign Kimmich. “Xavi is keen to sign Kimmich and has had light contact with him this summer.바카라

“Kimmich is not happy in Munich. He has no intention of signing a new contract. He would be happy to play under Xavi,” the source added, weighing in on the possibility of a move to Barça.
